Service Warranty

Air Duct Cleaning We provide a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the results, we will return and re-clean the system at no additional cost.

Sanitizing / Disinfection Services We offer a Limited Warranty of 14–30 Days related to odor and cleanliness following the service. Due to environmental variables, this warranty applies only to the immediate results of the treatment.

Duct Repair & Sealing We provide a 6–12 Month Workmanship Warranty. Any issue directly related to the repair or sealing performed by our team will be addressed at no additional cost.

Duct Replacement / Installation We offer a 1–5 Year Workmanship Warranty, depending on the scope and type of installation. This reflects our confidence in the quality of our work and materials used.

Important Warranty Limitations

To maintain fairness and transparency, our warranty does not cover conditions beyond our control, including:

  • Lack of proper system maintenance (such as failure to replace air filters regularly)

  • HVAC system malfunctions, including clogged drain lines, coil issues, or water leaks

  • Mold, moisture, or contamination that develops after the service

  • Animal or pest intrusion in the attic, duct system, or chimney

  • Pre-existing issues not addressed or visible at the time of service

  • Any new problems that arise after the service has been completed

  • Warranty applies only to the specific services performed by Go Air Ducts

  • Systems that are partially serviced or declined recommendations may not be eligible for full warranty coverage

  • Proper homeowner maintenance is required to maintain warranty validity

  • Environmental conditions and factors outside of our control are not covered

Recommended Maintenance Guidelines

To protect your system, air quality, and overall safety, we recommend:

  • Dryer Vent Cleaning: Every 6 months to reduce fire risk, improve efficiency, and prevent buildup.

  • Air Duct Cleaning: Once per year as preventative maintenance to maintain clean airflow and system performance.

  • Chimney Cleaning & Inspection: Once per year to ensure safe operation and detect potential hazards early.
